Coldkeys ("we", "us") is an online reseller of consumer hardware wallets. We are not the manufacturer of any device listed. All manufacturer warranties are honoured by the manufacturer.
Every device sold by Coldkeys is a genuine unit sourced from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor and shipped in factory-sealed, tamper-evident packaging.
Prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of standard EU/UK/US import handling where applicable. Local sales tax, VAT, or customs duty for shipments outside those regions is the buyer's responsibility.
Your order becomes a binding contract when we send the shipping confirmation with a tracking number, not when you submit the checkout form. Until then either party can cancel without penalty.
Payment is by card, processed by our licensed PCI-DSS Level-1 acquirer. Card details are never stored on Coldkeys servers. Fraudulent chargebacks are pursued through the acquirer's dispute process.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, not on dispatch. If a shipment does not arrive, we take responsibility for opening the claim and either resending or refunding. See Shipping for full detail.
Nothing on Coldkeys is investment advice. A hardware wallet secures private keys — it does not guarantee the value of anything those keys control. Cryptocurrency prices can and do go to zero.
Coldkeys does not knowingly sell to sanctioned individuals or entities. If a legitimate export control order applies to your jurisdiction, we cannot ship there — you will be told at checkout.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude any statutory rights consumers have under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller entity is registered. Consumer statutory rights in the buyer's country of residence are not diminished by this clause.
